Zapier allows you to set up “Zaps” that integrate processes between apps and web platforms. A Zap is a connection, or integration, between two or more apps that automates your task. A Zap is made of a “trigger” (ex.: When I receive a new email in Gmail…) and an “action” (ex.: …send me an SMS message). Zaps run automatically to move and manage data without any work on your part.
Who is it for?
Yes this a great business tool but I also think I could streamline my personal life pretty well using Zapier too. Small, medium and large businesses, entrepreneurs, solo operators and organisations will benefit greatly from using this app, it also has plenty to offer for personal use.
