The WFA Digital Audit Workshop is a 1 hour workshop for people working in small business. This is for the people that are so busy working in their business, they don’t have the time to find the tools and technology to make their business life easier.

WHAT HAPPENS AT A DIGITAL AUDIT WORKSHOP?

The WFA Digital Audit Workshop guides you through 3 simple steps:

STEP 1 - LIVE DIGITAL AUDIT CHECKLIST

One of the workshop participants is asked to complete the online WFA Digital Audit Checklist live, answering questions about the digital tools they use in their business – it’s a simple 5 minute process.

STEP 2 - LET'S IDENTIFY THE GAPS

We will then identify the digital gaps and discuss the strategies, tools and technologies that are are available to fill these gaps. We look at cloud storage, communications, document collaboration and operational management.

STEP 3 - THE NEXT STEPS

The session will finish with the presentation of the options available to implement the strategies, tools and technology to move you forward.

WHO CAN BOOK A WFA DIGITAL AUDIT WORKSHOP?

The WFA Digital Audit Workshop is offered complimentary to Chamber of Commerce, small business organisations and private groups by application.

The criteria that needs to be met to approve an application is:

  • Minimum of 8 participants
  • Meeting room with large screen monitor with HDMI connection
  • Overnight accommodation may need to be provided for locations outside the Bega Valley

Andy Willis, Founder WFA.Life

Andy has been in small business for 20 years, in that time he built a very successful conference and event management/travel business.

He transitioned this business to be able to operate working from anywhere some 5 years ago, this was achieved through the implementation of cloud technology and tools.

This transition was “life changing”, both in the way he operated his business and way he lived his life.

Andy then decided that he wanted to help other people in small business by sharing his knowledge and experience of the tools and technology that work in small business.
