What is the most effective way to work with a VA?

I’ve had a few requests from my post the other day to go into more detail on the simple and most effective way to work with a virtual assistant.

Put simply its a case of having a simple system in place, nothing too complex or time consuming, the whole idea is to save time.

I use 3 tools to effectively work with my VA/valued team member:

Asana – to assign both repetitive and one off tasks

Soapbox – to quickly create a short video to communicate and demonstrate any detail on the days tasks

Slack – to share the link to the daily video

You can use the very same process for onsite team members, if you need or want to spend time away from your business.
