Can your business operate without you in it?

Can you walk away and be “present” outside of your business without worrying all is okay without you.

I’ve been tied up for the past week and half outside of my business, I’ve had a visitor from France to entertain and my youngest daughter’s wedding to focus on.

It was important that I not only spend time outside of my business, it was even more important that I be “present” in this time.

I was easily able to do this because I have the systems and processes in place so that my business runs without me.

It’s simply a matter of creating a quick video every morning for my Virtual Assistant with the day’s tasks and any other messages, daily tasks are already set to repeat in Asana and any extra tasks are added.

Voila!

My business runs without me and I can be “present” in my life outside of the business.
