A Message from the mountain #3 – Keep Moving
Today I climbed up high to deliver today’s message from the mountain.
I climbed up high with 3 of my French friends, ages 72, 69, 53.
We climbed close to 1000m over 6kms to get to 2180m, it was steep and tough.
Guess who led us up the mountain?
72-year old Bernard led us up the mountain, he just kept going, he did not stop!
I couldn’t help but think about Mark Bunn’s book as I kept pace with Bernard, Ancient Wisdom for Modern Health (highly recommended reading, it will give you a new perspective), Mark researched long living people all around the world, they all had one thing in common, and that is they kept moving.
So my message today is JUST KEEP MOVING.
These guys, 72, 69, 53 can do this, they can do it because its what they do, they just keep moving.
Make sure you watch on until at least the 1m 52sec mark, I captured nature at its best today, and I’ve shared that with you. Eat your heart out, David Attenborough.
CARPE DIEM, Seize the day!
