What I really like about this app/course is the way Andy breaks it down and explains it bit by bit in each of the recordings. “This exercise isn’t about getting rid of thoughts, it’s more about learning how to be at ease with them,” he explains.
The learnings are also delivered by the use of animations, videos and articles.
