I first found out about this great product whilst listening to a Natalie Sisson podcast, I decided it sounded like a great idea so I went ahead and ordered one. I have since been using it and whilst it can sometimes be a challenge to think of that “Amazing thing that happened today”, it does get you focusing on the positives of everyday.
